Awarded the prestigious Prix Design Plus for its perfect ergonomics and efficiency, this tool represents the absolute pinnacle of French craftsmanship. Handle Character: This specific model features a handle crafted from genuine Aubrac Cattle Horn Tip Bark. Native to the rugged, high-altitude volcanic plateaus of the Aubrac region in southern France, this resilient cattle breed is perfectly adapted to thrive in extreme conditions. That remarkable hardiness is directly reflected in the strength of their horns. Sourced exclusively from the solid, uppermost tip—the densest section of the horn—this material is specially selected for its natural "Bark" finish. The textured outer layer provides a beautiful rustic aesthetic alongside a superior, slip-resistant grip.
Because of this heavily textured, uneven surface, this specific model does not feature the traditional Shepherd's Cross inlay.

Please note: It is completely normal for horn tip bark to display natural cracks or imperfections. These organic characteristics highlight the authenticity of the material and do not affect the structural integrity or strength of the handle in any way.

Professional Grade Steel & Features

This corkscrew is forged from high-grade Martensitic stainless steel, a premium alloy chosen specifically for its exceptional hardness, strength, and wear resistance. It features a professional-grade, non-serrated foil cutter that delivers a clean, smooth cut while remaining incredibly easy to sharpen over time. Additionally, the foil cutter blade is ingeniously engineered to function as a highly effective bottle cap opener.
